who-will-tell-themMark 16:15-20
15. And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news (the Gospel) to every creature [of the whole human race].

Worship-Come and be refreshed!

worshipWorship,
all who are thirsty come to the waters…
Isaiah 55:1
Isaiah 44: 3
For I will pour water upon him who is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground. I will pour My Spirit upon your offspring, and My blessing upon your descendants.

Whether you are going through a dry season in your life or just wanting to celebrate God and spend some time with him, God’s presence is like a rain that moistens and softens the soil of our hearts, heals our emotions, and opens the door for his revelation to come to us.

As we minister to the Lord in song and worship he inhabits our praises and his presence becomes tangible in our services.  If you need direction, encouragement, healing or just a time alone with God we invite you to come and drink in the presence of God for your life.

There Is Hope!

There-Is-Hope150x150We want to thank everyone who joined us last Friday, 09/11/2009 on the Halsey Street Bridge as we held up the cross to let people know “There Is Hope”.  We also want to say a special thanks to Pastor Glen Johnson and Faith Center Church in Vancouver Washington for donating the signs.

As we have carried the cross through the streets and over the bridges of Portland it has been exciting to hold up the banner of God’s victory for us and share it with people we have met.  The response we received on the Halsey Street Bridge was powerful and it does something to your heart as you watch the thousands of people pass below you.  Jesus died for all those people and to feel his heart for them changes your perspective on many things.  How important really are some of the things we put first or allow to take up time in our lives?
