We Believe

WE BELIEVE

The bible is the word of God and is the foundation from which all our beliefs and standards originate.

We should live our lives in direct obedience to God’s Word.

In the Trinity, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Man is sinful by nature and cannot reach God in and of himself.

God’s provision for salvation and redemption is through Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, suffered and crucified at the hands of sinful men, died and descended into hell and was raised from the dead after 3 days. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God.

Salvation can only come through faith that Jesus is God*s sacrifice for man.

In the sacraments of communion and water baptism as symbols of what Jesus did for us.

In a life of service, love, and giving to others.

In sharing our faith and teaching others so they may experience Jesus in the same way we have.

The Holy Spirit is active in all believers demonstrating God’s power through us today.
